Peter Oldring


Peter Oldring began his acting career in Canada. He performed sketch comedy with the world renown Second City, and was selected to perform with an all-star cast to open The Second City in Los Angeles. He has been nominated for numerous Canadian Comedy Awards and has most recently won for Best Actor In a Feture Film (for YPF) and twice for Best Comedy Radio Show / Podcast for This Is That.

He has lent his voice to several animated series including Braceface with Alicia Silverstone, Miss Spiders Sunny Patch Kids with Brooke Shields and Rick Morranis. He is Rabbit on My Friend Rabbit, and stars with Kevin Nealon, Cathrine O’Hara and Betty White in the Nickelodeon animated series Glen Martin DDS. Some of his film and television credits include K-19 The Widowmaker with Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson, Focus with William H Macy, Hollywood North, The Man with Eugene Levy and Samuel L Jackson, Lost and Delirious, Psych, Kickin It, Till Death Do Us Part, and Comedy Central’s Chocolate News. He stared with Dan Akroyd and Dave Thomas in the feature film Whitecoats and was a series regular on Blue Collar TV for The WB and Comedy Central. He starred along side Jeff Foxworthy in Foxworthys Big Night Out and is proud to be one of the stars in of the feature film YPF.

These days, you catch Peter’s big personality and talent as the witty neighbor “Fabian” on LOVE THAT GIRL on TV One.    He co-created produces and stars in one of Canada’s most successful comedy podcasts CBC’s This Is That. He is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada.
