
Barber Gives Discounts For Reading

Fuller Cut Barbershop in Ypsilanti, Michigan bonds with their youngest customers by promoting literary in the process. Every boy under 14 receives a $2 discount if they read aloud. Majority of the books are based on black characters or history.
Barbers say their goal is to “…build up young men to be inspired to be a great man. Through reading there’s no stopping them.“

Young girls visiting the shop aren’t left out, they too have a selection of books of their choice along with a discount.

More barbers are making a change in their community & its all getting noticed.
