2016 continues to suck big time as we regret to report that Alan Thicke — Black America’s White TV dad from “Growing Pains” is dead at 69.

TMZ reports that Thicke seemingly suffered from a heart attack while playing ice hockey. He is survived by three kids, including Robin who we last heard in 2013’s smash hit “Blurred Lines.”

Can this year just end already? We literally can’t take any more.
