It’s no secret when Denzel Washington commits to a role, he absolutely commits, sometimes undergoing a complete physical transformation (remember the epic mustache photos from his role in The Magnificent Seven?)

In Inner City, Washington plays Roman Israel, a defense attorney who finds himself in a crisis that leads to extreme action. The film is set in the ’70s, hence the attire, but it’s the expression on his face and the obvious weight gain or “fat suit” that puts this right up the Internet’s alley.
