Will Chris Brown’s Documentary Change Your Mind About Him?

Chris Brown screened his highly anticipated documentary Welcome To My Life to a packed house at L.A. Live Monday, June 6th.

The 90-minute film opens with the Grammy award winner telling the camera, “I’m tired of giving people something to talk about, you know? They should be talking about how I’m the baddest motherf—er on the stage instead of I’m the baddest motherf—er in the courtroom.”

Usher, DJ Khaled, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Lopez, Mike Tyson and other celebrity friends take viewers on a journey from his childhood in Tappahannock, Virginia, his meteoric rise as a pop/R&B phenomenon to his very public and dramatic downfall after the infamous domestic violence incident with Rihanna in 2011.

The film is available for preorder on iTunes starting Friday, June 9, after which it will be released Aug. 8 to 100 different transactional pay-per-view outlets, according to producer Andrew Listermann of Riveting Entertainment.
