Fourteen months ago the deadly shooting spree in Orlando, Florida at Pulse nightclub was named the worst mass shooting in American history after 29-year-old Omar Mateen killed 49 people. The vicious attack at a country music festival in Las Vegas Sunday night now takes the top spot.

NBC News reports 64-year-old Stephen Craig Paddock killed 59 people and wounded 500 before taking his own life. Watch the disturbing video of about 22,000 people run for their lives below.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Las Vegas community, the victims and their families.
