It’s goodbye to the Calloway family. The Lebron James executive produced series, Survivors Remorse, is ending after four seasons. Teyonah Parris, who played Missy, announced the news in a video on Instagram.
And while this may be the last time we see the hilarious family together onscreen, a few of the cast members have already landed new gigs.
Parris has landed a reoccurring role on Empire‘s season four and she’ll star in the Barry Jenkins directed, If Beale Street Could Talk.
As previously reported, Jessie T. Usher will star as the son of Shaft in the reboot and Erica Ash is currently filming a new court room comedy alongside Christian Keyes on BET called In Contempt.
Tichina Arnold is finally releasing music! The 48-year-old teased two new songs on Instagram. Listen below.
And Ronreaco Lee, the 40-year-old heart-throb known for his role on Sister, Sister in the 90s, is hoping to start directing. He told EBONY in August, “I’ve got my feelers out on a couple of things that could pan out the end of this year.”
