Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen the end of some of our favorite shows on the small screen, including Welcome To Sweetie Pie’s and The Quad. Now Regina King‘s Netflix series, Seven Seconds will join the list. The series follows the story of a white cop who accidentally hits and critically injures a black teenager, causing the city of New Jersey to implode with racial tension. The two-time Emmy award winning actress starred as the mother of the teen. Watch below.

Although the streaming platform has said no to a second season, the show will reportedly still be submitted for an Emmy in the category of Limited Series-Drama.
