Pooch Hall, most known for his role on The Game, was arrested Wednesday evening and charged with driving under the influence and child endangerment in Los Angeles. PEOPLE reports, “when officers arrived, witnesses reported seeing a man weaving in and out of traffic with a small child seated on his lap. One witness reported seeing the child’s hands on the steering wheel.”

“Mr. Hall displayed obvious signs of alcohol intoxication and was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests. Mr. Hall’s two-year-old son was riding in the car with him at the time of the collision and was determined to have been riding in the vehicle unrestrained, as required by law.”

The Ray Donovan star is being held in the Burbank City Jail on $100,000 bail and is due in court on Friday. His son was released to his wife at the scene.

There’s no word on how this will affect the 41-year-old’s role on the hit show.
