Yikes! Taraji P. Henson found herself in a bit of questionable position on Tuesday after she posted a series of now-deleted videos that show her scrolling through Instagram, searching the hashtags #MuteRKelly and #MuteHarveyWeinstein. What she found was an overwhelmingly amount of posts under the singer’s hashtag and almost none under the Hollywood executives. Watch.
I wanna have a conversation about women Taraji's/Erykah's age and their obsession with "being a man's peace/shield/sponge because society brings them down enough" but I've already hit my 1 thread a day limit.

Taraji’s IG story is stupid considering Weinstein has pending charges whereas R Kelly only has a hashtag.
Y’all should t be surprised that Taraji is defending R.Kelly. This is the same woman that claims to love gays while weaponizing homosexuality against men in her comments. She’s ignorant as fuck.
Plus, you don't really care about Weinstein, you just want silence around R. Kelly. Taraji, like me, is from the generation whose job it was to deal with R. Kelly 20 years ago. We didn't and countless girls were harmed because of our inaction. So I made #SurvivingRKellly
Last week Erykah Baduand Da Bratalso found themselves under attack after they seemingly decided to still support Kelly and his music, despite Sony parting ways with the Grammy award winner since the docuseries aired. Kelly’s daughter spoke out about the decade’s long accusations, including the singer’s younger brother, revealing both he and Kelly were molested by their sister. Tank, Ne-Yo and Omarionmade possibly one of the boldest statements, publicly condemning the 52-year-old, despite a 21% increase in Kelly’s streams, unfortunately proving it might actually be harder to mute him than one thinks.
