Two months after the heartbreaking death of former model Kim Porter, the autopsy report reveals the 47-year-old mother of four died from lobar pneumonia.
Preliminary reports TMZ reported, “A source connected to Kim tells us she’d been suffering flu-like symptoms, and possibly pneumonia, for several weeks, but it’s still unclear what exactly caused her death. Another source says Kim had contacted her doctor just yesterday complaining she wasn’t feeling any better.”
Famously known for sharing three kids with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and one with singer Al B. Sure!, Porter’s children Quincy Brown, Christian, Jessie and D’Lila Combs have seemingly dealt with the loss of their mother well, appearing strong for each other on Instagram.
Since Porter’s death (remember Diddy’s incredibly emotional eulogy?), super producer Dallas Austin revealed the pair shared a special bond, even admitting Zoe Saldana‘s role in Drumline was fashioned after their relationship.
Our continued thoughts and prayers are with Kim’s family and friends.
