After a terrifying weekend in Malibu, Eniko Hart has provided an update on her husband, Kevin Hart, who was seriously injured in a car accident on Sunday.
On her way into the hospital, Mrs. Hart shared with TMZ that the comedian-and-actor was “great” and was “going to be just fine.”
According to a California Highway Patrol incident report, the father of three obtained “major back injuries.” The report, states that Jared Black was driving Hart’s 1920 Plymouth Barracuda when he lost control, sending the vehicle over an embankment.
Black, 28, was also indicated to have major back injuries, while the third passenger, Black’s fiancée, Rebecca Broxterman, 31, only suffered from minor pain and was not taken to the hospital. Black and Broxterman were trapped in the vehicle after the collision. However, the 40-year-old-comedian-and-actor was able to exit, where he then returned to his home seeking attention from his private medical staff. From there he was transported to Northridge Hospital. The 28-year-old driver was not found to be under the influence of alcohol and has also been hospitalized for his injuries.
