After just three years of marriage, MC Lyte has filed for divorce from her husband John Wyche.

The famous rapper and host filled the paperwork in California, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

Lyte, born as Lana Moorer met the Marine Corp veteran and entrepreneur on Match.com. She once described her relationship as a “fairytale” saying “I got my king.”  The couple had a surprise wedding in Jamaica in August of 2017.
